Ausmith, you need to get in line buddy.Word on the street here is he is into alot of people for money and engines. You may want to try his current employer. Call Johnny or Donny Shanarra at 205-798-0112. They may can get your product or money.

First, pay no attention to transman (real name: Chuck Eager). He is a TROLL: Not only does he have absolutely NO idea what he is talking about, his testimony here is also quite suspect since he is closely associated with the people who have been attacking me on all levels in the last few weeks.

It is true that my presence here on the FI board has been limited as of late... I have been very busy repairing the damage done to my marriage and my good name throughout this industry. This is of upmost importance to me.

With that said, let us address your situation: First, contacting the store is not necessary... doing this is EXACTLY what these trolls want... to create more conflict for me at work. My E-mail address works just fine... it always has. If this is not convenient for you, do not hesitate to post here... it may take me a few days to reply, but I WILL do it.

In our last E-conversation, I was under the impression that you preferred to get the low price of the "Groupbuy" as opposed to getting one fast. Unfortunately, there have not been anywhere near enough people to make the groupbuy yet. Now, if your situation has changed, and you do need the product in a timely fashion, I see TWO possible resolutions.

First, I can send you a Cartech at the regular price for an additional $50.00 (which you can prepay or I can ship it COD).

Second, I can promptly refund your money. I have not even deposited the money order that you sent me... I can return it uncashed.

Simply let me know what your wishes are and I will promptly carry them out.

Thanks for the reply. After re-reading my post I realized that I may have sounded a bit condescending with "I haven't heard from him since." - I didn't mean it that, so my apologies if it was interpreted as such.

For those of you that think I am here to trash someone, that is not my intent. Ausmith asked a question and I gave a reply based on my knowledge. I however have been called a "troll" and made out to seem like I have no firsthand knowledge of the situitaion. The name calling was started by your great and wonderful JRCivic. Now I get to say my peace.
1. I grew up with Jimmy and Maw. If anyones testimony at this point is "suspect", in my opinion it would be yours. This lady has been through alot in the last two years.
She trusted you because her son did. Little did she know!
2. Attacks. The lady tried to talk to you. You did not listen to what she had to say. Her questions, comments and complaints fell on deaf ears. She found a way to get your attention, and now your feelings are hurt, much like hers.
3. If your marriage is in trouble, maybe you should not spent as much time with certain young girls. As much time as you two spend together, your marriage was bound to be in trouble sooner or later.
4. Industry. Your reputation preceeds you.
5. Contacting the store. Afraid Donny and Johnny might find out how much money you have taken out of their pockets? It is common knowledge that they get 30% of the top. All of the swaps and internet buissness, you have probably cost them thousands of dollars.
6. In my opinion, your reputation and your marriage are a direct result of the of the way you have treated others.
7. Go ahead and twist this to where you look like the good guy, and everyone else is lieing to make you look bad. Those of us that know you know that is what you will do.I really hope you sleep well at night, because if I had done all this I could not.
8. Remember, this was not off topic. A man asked a question, I replyed in a clear and consise manner.
